Mail Delivery is a rural route delivery. We have lock boxes available, for a one time fee.
Snow Removal
The association pays to have the main roads plowed at the president's discretion. Each homeowner is responsible for the snow removal on their own property. The snow and drifts in this area make owning a four wheel drive vehicle a very good idea. There are some who don't... but they are willing to call of work if weather is too bad.
